Al-Nasr organizes the first "Badal Tennis" tournament for women next July

The Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Group Games, Marwan Sinkel, announced the organization of the first “Badal Tennis” tournament for women, at the “World Padal Academy” tennis courts in the Al Quoz area in Dubai, on July 9 and 10.


Sinkel said in a press statement, "The team games company headed by Abdul Razzaq Al-Hashemi, and under the guidance of the club's management, directed the organization of the first women's tournament, as a continuation of the club's previous announcement to include the sport of (padal tennis) in sports in the Blue Castle."


He added: "Al-Nasr Club continues to expand the sports activities under its umbrella, especially at the level of women's teams, as (Al-Ameed) was the first state club that recently announced the establishment of a women's badminton team, followed by organizing the first championship for women, before the club continued the same strategy. By announcing at the beginning of this month the inclusion of the (Badal Tennis) and the formation of a team of the club’s girls, and pushing them to participate in a tournament to be held at the (World Padal Academy) next month.”


He explained: “Immediately after the announcement of the (Badal Tennis) announcement, a cooperation agreement was signed between the club’s management represented by the CEO of Al-Nasr Company for Team Games Ahmed Al-Janahi, and the managing director and owner of (World Badal Academy) Ali Al-Arif, and it was attended by the head of the women’s activities department in the club, Nisreen bin Darwish and many of the players who formed the nucleus of the team, in an agreement that resulted in the academy’s readiness to receive the club’s players, and provide all the requirements for success to practice the training, before it finally culminated in hosting the stadiums (World Padal Academy) for the first edition of the Al Nasr Women’s Championship on July 9 and 10, on individual level.
