Al-Hilal scored two goals in the first half to beat Al-Nasr 2-0 and win the Riyadh Football Season Cup today, Thursday, in Saudi Arabia.

The match witnessed the participation of Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of Al-Nasr, after recovering from the injury that kept him from facing Inter Miami in his team’s 6-0 victory over Lionel Messi’s teammates in the tournament.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic opened the scoring for Al Hilal in the 18th minute after a cross pass from Abdul Hamid reached the Serbian player, who shot a low ball past goalkeeper Raghed Al-Najjar.

Salem Al-Dosari doubled the score for Al-Hilal after half an hour of play when he received a pass from Malcolm and shot a volley, taking advantage of the goalkeeper’s advance, into the net.

Al Hilal had begun its campaign in the tournament with a 4-3 victory over Inter Miami, led by Argentine Lionel Messi.

Al-Hilal confirms its superiority over Al-Nasr this season, after defeating it in the first round of the Saudi Roshan League with a score of 3-0.
