The Swedish team with Hanna Rosvall, Sophie Hansson, Louise Hansson and Michelle Coleman swam 3.59.36, 69 hundredths slower than the Netherlands, who were the fastest in the trials.

The men's team in the 4x100 meter medley, on the other hand, came in eleventh place in the trials and missed the final.

In the Swedish team, Gustav Hökfelt, Erik Persson, Simon Sjödin and Isak Eliasson swam.

The only Swede in an individual race in this morning's trial session was Adam Paulsson who came in 14th place in the 400 meter medley and missed the final.

On Sunday evening, the European Championships in Budapest end with a final final.

There, two Swedes swim for the medals in the 50 meters;

Sara Junevik on butterfly and Sophie Hansson in breaststroke.

The final session begins at 6 p.m.
