The ministry stated that it was found through investigations that there were a number of violations, namely the failure of the chairman of the club’s board of directors to deal with the resignations submitted by some members of the board in a regular manner, as well as the members ’failure to attend the meetings of the board, which led to the lack of the number of members of the club’s board of directors below the legal quorum specified in the article. She added that the club's board chairman exceeded his statutory powers by taking individual decisions and exercising the powers of the board of directors and the powers of the CEO, without observing the necessary legal procedures.

She also confirmed that the club’s board chairman did not respond to the ministry’s letters addressed to him repeatedly, and did not submit documents and contracts concluded from him, as required by the relevant regulations, in addition to the club’s publication of decisions assigned to the club’s board of directors without a formal meeting of the council being held in their regard in accordance with the statutory mechanism. .
