National team rider Julia Roddar, 28, has in the middle of the turbulence prepared for a professional adventure in the USA.
- Even though it has been turbulent for a while, I would have taken the chance if everything was as usual.
I felt I was ready.
Now I come to a city 40 minutes from Washington with great training opportunities.
It will be great to experience it, says Roddar.

Washington Spirit wants Roddar in place as soon as possible, but is forced to wait because Roddar's visa has not yet arrived.
The 28-year-old came to Gothenburg from Kvarnsveden before the 2018 season and has made seven A-national matches.
In addition to her new adventure, Julia Roddar is also looking forward to following her old team.
- I think it will be great with Häcken.
The conditions are good and it will be fun to see how it goes for them.
