As expected, Sweden had no problem defeating Austria in tonight's JVM match.
The Swedish Junior crowns were completely superior, and dominated from the first minute of the match.
Perhaps the best way to describe the Swedish superiority is to mention the shooting statistics, which ended a little unlikely XX-X in Swedish favor.
The Swedish protagonists were two: Noel Gunler, who scored two of the goals.

Gunler scores 3-0
And then Lucas Raymond.
The Detroit-drafted Frölunda player lost his balance halfway into the second period when he had to tackle an Austrian player, and flew straight into the rim.
He lay on the ice for a while and was led off the ice by a leader, and then disappeared into the locker room where he remained for the rest of the period.

But when the third period began, he was back on the ice, and then made, in match minute 53, 4-0 - nicely played by teammate Lucas Raymond.
The victory was the second of two possible for Sweden so far in the junior WC.
Sweden plays its next match the night before New Year's Eve, against Russia.
