"Corona" prevents the Egyptian national team from facing Libya in the North African Championship

The organizing committee of the North African Football Championship considered the Egyptian youth team withdrawing from its match against its Libyan counterpart due to the incomplete list of the team.

The organizing committee decided to calculate the result of the match in favor of the Libyan national team, half an hour after the scheduled start of the match.

The Egyptian team presented a list of 14 players to play the match, after a number of its players and coach Rabie Yassin had been infected with the new Corona virus, while the tournament list provided for a list of no less than 15 players, which the African Union adhered to.
