Barcelona threatens Neymar ... "10 million or the court"

The Spanish newspaper Sport revealed that Barcelona threatened its former player, Brazilian Neymar, who moved to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017 for 222 million euros, by resorting to court if he did not return ten million euros to the club's treasury.

The newspaper stated that the Catalan club addressed Neymar to pay an additional amount of ten million euros related to the withholding fees that Barcelona had paid for the player from 2013 to 2017, indicating that Barcelona will escalate the case to the court if Neymar refuses to cooperate in the matter.

Neymar had entered into a crisis with Barcelona about late dues that he did not receive, but he lost the case and the Spanish authorities ordered him to pay Barcelona 6.7 million euros, which angered Neymar and made the issue of his return to wear the Blaugrana shirt impossible in light of the differences.
