Blomqvist in tears: "It feels just like I thought"

Rebecka Blomqvist has played in Gothenburg since 2016. She has been with several times when the club stumbled on the finish line but now wins its first Swedish Championship gold.

- It is fantastic.

It's exactly how I wanted it to feel and how I thought it would feel, she tells SVT Sport.

And it was a teary-eyed Blomqvist who was interviewed on the pitch after the match.

- It is a relief that may come now maybe.

There are so many emotions, we are so worthy of it, what a match.

It is impossible to describe, so many years in the club and now we have to take the Swedish Championship gold.

It was a full 7-0 against Linköping in today's decisive match.

- We play absolutely fantastic today and are efficient. It is a wonderful bunch and we have shown this year what football we can perform, says Blomqvist.
