On a daily basis, he belongs to Hannover, Germany, and on Wednesday, Alfred Jönsson can make his debut in the Swedish A national team that meets Romania at home.

These are, to say the least, busy days.

At the same time as the 22-year-old is charging for an international match, the US election enters the final sprint.

Jönsson, with citizenship in both the USA and Sweden, reads statistics and American politics at a distance from his German club and follows the election with excitement.

- My father worked in the US and I was born there.

So I have an American passport, and I have voted.

Do you want to tell us who you voted for?

- Biden.

It was very easy to vote in the state I belong to.

The voice is sent and I am waiting with excitement.

How did you choose to study American politics?

- It's very interesting.

The course was there and the whole thing is so complicated so why not get into it a bit?

It affects us over here as well.

Will there be any vigil?

- It probably will not be.

I have to sleep, but otherwise I would have checked.

It will still take some time until a final result is reached.

What do you think about the election?

- There are probably many who think that the corona should go away and freak out and choose to vote for Trump.

But at the same time, I think Biden has too strong a constituency.
