Lukas Nilsson and Niclas Ekberg can be named German handball champion in 2020. The season will not resume - it was previously paused due to the outbreak of the corona virus - and thus the Swedish duo's club Kiel is crowned champion.
Kiel led the series with two points ahead of Flensburg-Hadewitt and also had a good match when the season was canceled.
