The Appeals Committee of the Football Association decided, during its meeting today, Tuesday, on a "remote" litigation system headed by Chancellor Adel Abdullah Al-Junaibi, to postpone the decision of the appeals submitted by Khorfakkan Football Club, against the backdrop of the decision issued by the Disciplinary Committee to fine the club 200 thousand dirhams by 100 thousand dirhams For each violation, in violation of the regulations of the Football Association, by ending the contracts of players Isa Saeed and Majid Rashid Al-Mesmari, until the day after tomorrow, Thursday, while the head of the committee, Adviser Adel Abdullah Al-Junaibi, confirmed in press statements after the meeting that the meeting took place by a remote litigation system, during which the committee informed I addressed the received from the General Secretariat of the Football Association regarding the subject of the appeal and decided to postpone the session to deliberate and study the issue in all respects, as well as studying the defenses submitted by Khorfakkan Club.

The session of the Appeals Committee was held via a remote litigation system through the e-link, in the presence of a common screen, considering the precautionary measures issued by the competent authorities due to the new Corona virus, "Covid 19", as the meeting was held in this case after the completion of the quorum in the presence of both the Chairman of the Committee and the Vice-Chairman of the Advisor Saleh Al-Hamrani, next to the two members of the committee Hilal Hamdan Al-Badawi and lawyer Muhammad Al-Hammadi, in addition to the representative of Khorfakkan Club, bearing in mind that the Appeals Committee had decided that all future committee meetings should be in a remote litigation system as stipulated in Paragraph (B) of Article VI of the Bylaw Tinav which refers to "the Committee could meet by any means of electronic communication are documented by video or in cases of necessity, according to the Chairman of the Committee deems appropriate."
