Supporters of the traditional club Trabzonspor stormed the pitch during a game in mid-March after the 2-3 defeat against Fenerbahce Istanbul and attacked the opponent's players and coaches. Pictures show violent arguments. Fans and players attacked each other with punches and kicks.
The reason for the meeting is not only the riots at the game in March, but also a number of other unfortunate conditions in the league that have been patiently endured for a long time, said Koc. He cited attacks on the team bus and double standards in the Turkish Football Association as examples. Exiting the league is the very last option.
