The Brazilian Grimbo team devised a new way to object to the league's continuity and non-stop despite the spread of Corona virus in the country, as the players found no way but to go to the field wearing masks.

The clubs in South America had protested against the decisions of football officials regarding the continuation of the tournaments without the attendance of the fans and the non-stop of the tournament.

"This protest from the players by landing on the field wearing masks, demonstrates our support to stop the championship, life should be the priority," Grimio Paulo Luz, director of football, confirmed in a press statement.

The fans were not allowed to attend the Gremio Stadium in the Gaucho County Championship match, which ended in a 3-2 victory for the hosts.
