- I was unsure whether to start or not. Yesterday I felt cold symptoms and was unsure about starting. We have our doctor in place and we made a joint decision to start anyway. Given that upload, I am still happy with a 14th place even though two boom is very much on a sprint, says Hanna Öberg to SVT Sport.

Were you affected by any of this during the race?

- Hard to say. I think I didn't have that gun at the end of the race that I had last week. It may happen that it took down the shape a little. Comparing the ride to the last sprint, I lost a few seconds, ”she says.

Want to keep competing

There has been really bad weather in Annecy this week and during the competition it was a heavy rain that met the biathlon.

- It was really wet, but nothing that affects directly. Then I think that the organizer did a very good job considering the difficult conditions.

Tomorrow the hunt starts and on Sunday mass start for Hanna Öberg - if she starts.

- I hope I don't get a reaction to this so I get worse. If I do not get worse, I will of course continue to want to compete. I still have a good position ahead of tomorrow's hunting start. Approving health I will run what I can, says Hanna Öberg.

Tiril Eckhoff won the sprint ahead of Marketa Davidova, Czech Republic and Justine Braisaz, France.
