Of course, it is not commonplace that the nationalities on a World Cup stand are Turkey, Italy and France. Ibrahim Colak tore off a smile in the middle of his program and perhaps already felt that it would go the way.
The audience's highest cheer probably attracted the German Nick Klessing when he jumped off the rings with a triple-volt. That didn't help him in the end. The German ended last.
In the men's horse, the British Max Whitlock took an expected World Cup gold.
