Hours later, Sudanese activists announced the death of the young man, who is known for his memorization of the Holy Quran and its good recitation, while the hearts of platform goers were broken with grief over his separation, as he was taking the streets as a safe home for him.

Moez Mohammed Sharif, a volunteer humanitarian activist, said Awad was killed after fleeing the "Awafi and Your Safety" initiative, which adopted his treatment earlier with his family.

Sharif took the initiative to publish a video clip of him in a session with the late young man, where he appeared to recite verses from the Holy Quran.

According to the well-known Sudanese activist, the burial ceremony of the young man took place on Friday with the participation of the commander of the armored corps Nasr al-Din Abdel Fattah, according to what was announced on his Facebook account.

Tweeters circulated photos and a video of the young man on Friday, where he appeared lying on the ground with a plastic cover on top of him in a street, while comments poured in mercy on him and obituaries with moving words across the platforms.

Blogger Mohamed Mukhtar said – in a blog post – that "Awad knew the streets was Anisha and sitter, and yesterday he was calling for all the people of Sudan, yes his mind was going but he was present with his heart, O good people, Awad Hashem was killed with a hard stone heart that does not know humanity."

Saleh al-Rifai commented, "When people were stealing, looting and killing each other for a sack of sugar and flour, he looked at those carrying those stolen bags with a look of sadness and dissatisfaction, and said to them: 'May God guide you, some weak souls.'"

As for Moataz al-Khair, he wrote on his Facebook account, "I had determined since the beginning of the war to be solid and strong, even if we were made, but my resolve was broken by the death of Awad Hashem, whatever brokenness, Qanaan disappeared from the world completely and sat in the shade of a tree, why did you kill him, by God?"

Hisham Gamal tweeted, "Goodbye, Zoul, Tayeb, yesterday he was praying for us and we must return the favor with invitations."

Since April 15, Sudan has been witnessing violent clashes between the army forces led by Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, and the "Rapid Support" led by Mohamed Hamdan Daglo "Hemedti", which included the capital Khartoum and several cities in the north and west of the country, causing many deaths and injuries, and causing a severe humanitarian crisis.
