According to the UK, during the summit, a member of the Ukrainian delegation attacked one of the Russian delegates, as a result of which he was hospitalized.
"As part of the procedural check, the Investigative Committee of Russia will establish all the circumstances of the incident and give a legal assessment of the illegal actions against the Russian citizen," the department said.
Earlier, the acting head of the permanent delegation of the Federal Assembly of Russia to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Olga Timofeeva, announced an attempt by members of the Verkhovna Rada to disrupt the speech of the Russian delegation at the summit in Ankara.
