The head of the department, Yevgeny Primakov, wrote about this on Telegram.

“Rossotrudnichestvo in Moscow appealed to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia A.I. Bastrykin. Because, in my personal opinion, this is a crime,” he said.

As Primakov emphasized, Rossotrudnichestvo will do everything to ensure that neither Shirinyan nor his immediate relatives ever come to Russia “to work, trade, study... and so on and so forth.”

Earlier, the Russian Embassy in Armenia expressed the hope that the desecrator of the monument to the siege of Leningrad and his actions will receive a legal assessment from the Armenian authorities.
