He also reported that due to the organization of round-the-clock work, the number of repaired military equipment per day exceeds those that failed in the ratio of three to two.

Recall that Alexei Kuzmenkov was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Defense, responsible for the logistics of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, on April 30.

"A sufficient amount of ammunition has been delivered to the RF Armed Forces"

On May 2, Sergei Shoigu, at a thematic conference call with the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, noted that the actions of Russian groups of troops in the NVO zone largely depend on the timely replenishment of stocks of weapons, military equipment and weapons. According to him, control over all stages of the implementation of the state defense order is carried out around the clock.

"As a result, compared to the beginning of 2022, the number of purchased main types of weapons increased by 2.7 times, and the number of especially popular ones increased sevenfold. This year, a sufficient amount of ammunition has already been delivered to the armed forces to inflict effective fire damage on the enemy, "said the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation.

He stressed that the military-industrial complex of Russia meets the needs of the army and navy.

In addition, the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said that in April, the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the NVO zone exceeded 15 thousand servicemen.

"Despite unprecedented military assistance from Western countries, the enemy suffers significant losses. Over the past month alone, they have lost more than 15,<> people," Shoigu said.

He also cited data according to which during this period the Russian military destroyed eight aircraft, 277 drones, 430 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 18 multiple launch rocket systems, 225 field artillery guns and enemy mortars.

"We continue to eliminate weapons supplied for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces by the West," the minister stated.
