"The decisions of the Polish side contradict our agreements," TASS quoted the agency as saying.

According to the ministry, a week ago, the parties agreed that four crops - wheat, corn, sunflower seeds and rapeseed - until July 1, 2023 will go through Poland only in transit.

"The solution of various kinds of issues by unilateral cardinal actions will not accelerate a positive solution to the situation," the Ukrainian department noted.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine proposed in the near future to agree with Warsaw on a new Memorandum of Understanding, taking into account the interests of Ukraine and Poland.

Earlier it was reported that the Polish Cabinet of Ministers authorized the heads of relevant departments to temporarily ban the import of Ukrainian grain.
