• Courts The ex-girlfriend of Tiger Woods sues the golfer for 30 million dollars

Once again,

Tiger Woods

(47) is once again at the center of the

controversy

.

After his

bitter divorce

in 2010 with Elin Nordegren (43) due to his numerous

infidelities

, his

sex addictions

and the different altercations due to

drunk driving,

the American golf legend will once again sit in front of a judge as a result of the

lawsuit

filed by his last partner, Erica Herman (39).

As stated by the TMZ portal, the young woman has

hired a law firm

to

invalidate the confidentiality agreement

that she supposedly signed under pressure from the athlete so that she would not divulge

anything intimate

if the couple separated, as has happened after almost six years.

The aforementioned document, known in English as "non-disclosure agreements" (NDA), is a procedure by which confidential information shared between two or more parties may not be disclosed to third parties.

The golfer and his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman.GTRES

Herman argues that the confidentiality agreement

should be declared unenforceable

under the federal

Speak Out Act

that Joe Biden signed in early December 2022. This act guarantees the nullity of previous agreements and prohibits its applicability

in cases of sexual harassment and assault.

Apparently, as TMZ admits, the young woman has filed reports with her complaints that, to date, are related to

a request for 30 million dollars

because she has kicked him out of the mansion they shared in Florida.

It is estimated that this is the amount agreed

verbally

between Tiger and Erica - at the moment she cannot prove it - because apparently, the golfer told her that she

could use the residence

for the time equivalent to living together as a couple.

The ex-girlfriend has also made reference to the

harassment that she is suffering

from Tiger's environment.
