non-disclosure agreement
(NDA), came from Kasia Lenhardt or Jérôme Boateng.
According to Jérôme Boateng's lawyer, "it was Kasia Lenhardt's autonomous wish, expressed in front of witnesses, to sign a confidentiality agreement."
We don't know exactly how the meeting in Berlin took place. But we know that Kasia Lenhardt's earlobe was apparently torn after Jérôme Boateng's visit. And that she signed the NDA.
If there was violence in Kasia Lenhardt's relationship with Jérôme Boateng - then this contract may have been intended to prevent her from talking about it. Jérôme Boateng emphasizes that he never physically attacked Kasia Lenhardt.
