Guest of "France moves" this Wednesday, Emmanuel Deschamps, the general manager of Boulanger, drew up the list of products which take advantage of the inflationary wave to sell like hot cakes.

And cites in particular the water aerators or the coffee grinders which meet economic but also ecological imperatives.

While rising prices continue to hurt the wallets of the French, all the tricks are good to preserve it as best as possible.

Some products that allow you to cut back on other expenses are therefore particularly popular in these inflationary times.

on Europe 1 this Wednesday, Emmanuel Deschamps, the general manager of Boulanger has given a non-exhaustive list.

At the microphone of Elisabeth Assayag, he takes the example of refrigerators with lower energy consumption.

“Over the life of a refrigerator, you can save a lot more than a few euros in savings,” he pleads.

Another product that has been particularly popular lately: water carbonated machines, such as SodaStream.

"It is perhaps the family of products that is progressing the most. We are on double-digit growth", assures Emmanuel Deschamps.

“Today it becomes much more mainstream”

It must be said that this tool offers a double advantage.

"You save money because it costs you less. And then at the same time, you no longer use plastic", argues the general manager of Boulanger.

This machine, which also allows you to make your own sodas, has finally established itself in homes.

"Initially, only a few insiders saw an interest in it, but today it is becoming much more public because people have the same environmental concerns and purchasing power", underlines Emmanuel Deschamps.

Finally, the general manager of Boulanger cites coffee grinders, which act as an alternative solution to traditional capsule machines.

"You put your coffee beans in the grinder to make yourself a coffee and it comes back to you cheaper than a coffee in capsules. And at the same time, you have high quality", he develops.

Products which "progress strongly" but which "do not explode", thus preserving stocks in stores.

“To date, we no longer have a supply problem (…). If you come to us or our competitors, you will have no problem finding these products”, he promises.
