For 28-year-old Henrik Westman, living on e-sports was a dream that came true.

Game skills after countless hours behind the screen combined with numerous collaborations with large companies is what made the dream come true.

- I have probably played 40,000 hours - if not more, he says.

On his social channels, the e-sporter from Knivsta has over 100,000 followers.

Advocates exercising to perform

Henrik Westman's interest in sitting in front of the computer screen has not always been appreciated by his parents.

As a result, strict rules were introduced for how many hours he was allowed to spend at the computer as a child - and a screen lock in the evenings.

Today, Henrik Westman himself emphasizes the importance of going out and exercising, not least to be able to perform in front of the computer as well.

- It's easy for there to be fights, shouting and conflicts about gambling - but it doesn't actually have to be like that, he says.

In the clip, the e-sporter talks about the path to working full-time playing computer games - and gives tips to parents.
