It was when the chief doctor Sascha Wagner wanted to improve the working environment for the staff so that no more people would resign, that he went alongside as a nurse for two days.

Then together they developed new working methods in the department, something that is now called the "Mora model".

Other departments want to follow suit

The Mora model means that the staff work closer together and have a strong team spirit, and now other hospitals have been inspired.

Among other things, management staff at Falu hospital have contacted the department in Mora.

- We will meet them because they want to know what we have done.

The hope is that together we can spread the word on the water with the model, perhaps even outside the region, says the head of department in Mora, Anna-Karin Fillman.
