“As my administration works to overcome these challenges, I call on Democrats and Republicans to come together to take legislative action to hold the tech giants accountable,” Biden was quoted as saying by TASS.
The President emphasized that given the focus of technology companies on minors, it is necessary to ensure the responsibility of digital giants in social networks for experiments on children.
Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, leader of the United Russia party Dmitry Medvedev, in an interview with RT, said earlier that digital giants were fed up with everyone, including the United States.
He also stated the need to respond to violations of the law by Western IT giants.
