If you are called, never identify yourself with BankID or bank box.

- They have called you, then you should not have to identify yourself.

And if something feels wrong, Lotta Mauritzson's advice is to end the conversation.

- If you have that gut feeling, trust it - hang up the phone.

- And if you suspect that you have been cheated, first call the bank, and then file a police report.
