In an exclusive interview with NHK, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba said, "It is clear that Russia, which continues to attack missiles, is not ready for negotiations," emphasizing that the situation is not such that ceasefire negotiations with Russia can be resumed.

The interview was held in the underground shelter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, while there was a severe missile attack by the Russian military on the 23rd and air raid warnings were issued.

In it, Foreign Minister Kureba said about the prospects for resuming ceasefire negotiations with Russia, saying, "Just before this interview, Russia fired about 70 missiles, causing power and water outages across Ukraine. It is clear that Russia is not ready for negotiations. Ukraine will continue to defend its land and people," he said, emphasizing that the ceasefire negotiations could not be resumed.

On the other hand, regarding the missile that landed in neighboring Poland on the 15th of this month, "If the investigation concludes that it was a Ukrainian interceptor missile, we will accept it without any problems. Poland and European countries are fighting Ukraine against a stronger enemy. I understand that and it will not affect our relationship."

Also, at the United Nations General Assembly and the G20 = the summit of 20 major countries, regarding the fact that there are developing countries and emerging countries that do not participate in criticizing Russia, "Many Asian and African countries are maintaining neutrality, but Russia's International law will cease to exist if action is allowed," he said, showing his intention to persevere with each country.

In addition, Foreign Minister Kureba said that Japan will take the chair of the G7 = seven major countries next year, saying, "I hope that Japan will lead the strengthening of sanctions against Russia." I am grateful that the Japanese government has decided to provide assistance such as generators necessary to survive the winter.
