The Director of the Vehicle Licensing Department at the RTA, Muhammad Abdul Karim Nemat, told Emirates Al-Youm that the number of semi-trailers that have been registered has reached 117 since the RTA launched the campaign that trailers must be licensed last September, calling on all individuals and entities to expedite the licensing of trailers before Start imposing fines on violators in the middle of next month.
