This was stated by the Secretary General of the organization Stanislav Zas.

According to him, cited by RIA Novosti, such a decision harms only the OSCE itself.

Zas added that the invitation to the summit was also not sent to the CSTO, despite a long tradition.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Poland's decision to refuse Lavrov's participation in the OSCE Ministerial Council on December 1-2 is unprecedented and provocative. 

Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland Pavel Yablonsky said that Russia should be absolutely isolated as much as possible on all international platforms.
