According to RIA Novosti, the document says that footage of the massacre of Russian prisoners of war "confirmed the Nazi nature of the Kyiv authorities."
“Deputies of the State Duma call on the parliaments of the states of the world to unequivocally condemn the crimes of the Kyiv regime, to help bring to justice the direct perpetrators of the inhuman murder, as well as their patrons,” the document says.
Earlier, a video of the massacre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over captured Russian soldiers appeared on the network.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the brutal killing of prisoners of war is a common practice in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The department warned that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his henchmen would have to answer for every tortured Russian prisoner of war.
