“Therefore, the Ministry of Digital Development is forming an additional list for the Ministry of Defense.
The final decision on the postponement remains with them, ”the message says.
On November 1, the head of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Sergei Shoigu, said that more than 2.7 thousand draft commissions began to work in 85 regions of Russia as part of the autumn draft campaign.
The call will run from November 1 to December 31, 2022.
