The proposal points out that currently, the total number of employees in my country’s 880 million working-age population reaches 402 million, involving nearly 1.1 billion family members. They are an important force in promoting common prosperity and the main group of people sharing the fruits of common prosperity. However, employment stability is There are still some outstanding problems in aspects such as salary level and rights protection, which are mainly reflected in the fact that employment stability needs to be enhanced, salary income still has much room for improvement, social security coverage is low, and work and life pressures are high.
In response to the above problems, the proposal recommends adhering to the employment priority policy to stabilize and expand employment; strengthening the regulation of wage distribution and narrowing the income gap; improving the social security system to meet diversified needs; improving the quality of workers and cultivating and expanding the team of industrial workers.
The proposal proposes that we should explore the establishment of a social security system that is coordinated with the digital economy, accelerate the digital reform of social security administration and management, establish a unified social security public service platform, and promote national coordination.
Accelerate the clarification of the social security payment responsibilities of workers and employers in new employment forms, and improve the major disease medical insurance system and long-term care insurance system.
We will improve the social assistance system and ensure that people in need have a basic living standard.
Support enterprises to establish social responsibility indicator systems and build a harmonious and win-win situation in labor relations and collaborative development of enterprise employees.
