“Voluntary evacuation from the de-occupied territories of southern Ukraine is already starting, and the state is taking on all the costs and responsibility associated with this process,” Vereshchuk quoted RIA Novosti with reference to Ukrinform.

According to her, everyone can go to safer regions of the country at the expense of the state.

Earlier, the director of the department of municipal security of the Kyiv city administration, Roman Tkachuk, said that there were no reasons for the evacuation of residents of the capital at the moment, and also called the situation in the city under control.

In October, the head of the regional military administration, Aleksey Kuleba, said that there were no plans to evacuate residents of the Kyiv region amid problems in the energy sector.
