Deputy of the Kherson Regional Duma Yuriy Barbashov spoke about this in an interview with TASS.
“Local residents report the passage of large convoys of equipment to the north of the region in the direction of Snigirevka,” the agency’s interlocutor stated.
According to Barbashov, recently residents of Nikolaev have noticed the sounds of exercises taking place at nearby training grounds.
He clarified that new units of the Ukrainian army are undergoing these exercises.
Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian Armed Forces and government officials were confiscating private construction equipment from residents of the Ukrainian-controlled Snigirevsky district of the Kherson region.
