Prior to this, Vershinin noted that the Russian side is not satisfied with the way the memorandum of understanding with the UN on the export of Russian agricultural products is being implemented.
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko said that Russia will decide on the possibility of extending the grain deal until November 19.
