In the Zaporozhye region, fortified areas are being created in case of an offensive by Ukrainian troops, said Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia”.

“Fortified areas are being created on the front line in the northern part of the Zaporozhye region in connection with a possible attempt by Ukrainian troops to launch an offensive.

The line of defense is also being strengthened, ”RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

According to Rogov, the Ukrainian authorities may order an offensive before November 8, trying to tie this event to the midterm elections to the US Congress, which are scheduled for that date.

Battles for the suburbs of Artyomovsk

According to RIA Novosti, the fighters of the "Wagner group" are fighting hard for the suburb of Artyomovsk - Experienced.

At the same time, it is noted that, despite the constant shelling of Ivangrad, located about a kilometer from the southern quarters of Artyomovsk, a group of Russian military men managed to gain a foothold, withstand shelling and repulse a number of counterattacks by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Shelling of Donbass

The representative office of the Donetsk People's Republic at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) stated on the morning of November 6 that the Ukrainian side had shelled the territory of the republic 25 times over the past day.

The enemy used 122, 152 and 155 mm artillery, HIMARS and Grad multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

A total of 114 units of various ammunition were fired.

Under fire were Donetsk, Zaitsevo, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and Makeevka.

Four people were injured, 11 houses and three civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged.

The mayor of Gorlovka, Ivan Prikhodko, said that the gas pipeline was also damaged as a result of the shelling.

In turn, the representative office of the Lugansk People's Republic in the JCCC stated that over the past day, Ukrainian troops fired on the territory of the republic twice.

Six rockets were fired from the HIMARS MLRS at the settlements of Svatovo and Kremennaya.

Five garages and two cars were destroyed.

In addition, on the morning of November 6, the representative office of the LPR in the JCCC reported that shelling from HIMARS was recorded in the direction of the settlement of Stakhanov, data on damage are being specified.

Western specialists in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia, Member of the Parliament of the Donetsk People's Republic Andrei Baevsky said that NATO weapons are often controlled by Western specialists, since the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have the necessary qualifications.

“As for 155 mm caliber guns or the same HIMARS, this is already a rather complex type of weapon.

It is impossible to retrain personnel in one or two months so that they begin to use them.

That is, it is possible, they will shoot somewhere, but they will not be able to use it normally from the point of view of conducting effective fire damage, ”TASS quoted Baevsky as saying.

According to him, foreigners who disguise themselves as mercenaries in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine work directly at firing positions.

“In the case of the HIMARS MLRS and guided weapons, this is practically the rule.

Today it is practically becoming a system,” Baevsky believes.

According to him, earlier foreigners in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine disguised themselves, but now this happens less frequently.

In addition, he said that mobilized Ukrainians are limitedly allowed to work with Western weapons.

“The level of those people who were mobilized from the Ukrainian side and involved in work with Western weapons is the level of an ordinary member of the calculation.

I’m not even sure that they will be allowed to steer HIMARS, disenfranchised servants and nothing more, ”he believes.
