The southern and joint forces in Al-Bayda thwarted Houthi attacks towards their positions in the areas on the borders of Abyan governorate, in conjunction with anti-terror efforts in the southern governorate, where militias are working to support terrorist elements from Abyan.

Sources in the southern forces stated that movements of the Houthi militia members and terrorist elements from "Al-Qaeda", "ISIS" and the "Brothers" were monitored in the areas adjacent to Al-Bayda Governorate from the side of Aqabat Tharah, and in the heights on the outskirts of the Al-Mahfad district overlooking Wadi Omran, where It was dealt with and incurred great losses.

In August, a tribal sheikh named "Fayez Abu Haliqa" was killed by Houthi elements in the Hobeish district, while 20 farmers from the village of "Al-Snam" in the Jahran district of Dhamar governorate were kidnapped by the Houthis against the background of their refusal to pay royalties.

In Sana’a, the militias destroyed the solar system provided by international organizations to farmers in the Bani Hashish district, east of the capital, Sana’a, as part of the targeting they carried out against tribesmen in that district with the aim of looting their agricultural lands, for the benefit of their members.
