Former President Donald Trump received a subpoena to the investigative committee on Friday.
According to media reports, it is scheduled for November 14th.
If Trump doesn't show up, he faces a fine.
Most recently, he responded with a 14-page letter of anger to a summons from the parliamentary committee of inquiry into the storming of the Capitol in early 2021.
