According to statistics, this year has recorded a big jump in the number of companies and employers joining the platform, as the last quarter of the first year of the launch of the Nafes platform (from June 15 to September 15 2022) witnessed a more than threefold increase in the number of employers joining the list. “Nafes Partners”, as the number of companies registered with the platform increased from 1010 last June to 3,209 until mid-September.

The highest turnout was recorded during the first year of the platform, during the period from last March to June, with a nearly five-fold increase for the employers that joined the list of partners, which included a large number of international and national companies with multiple branches and a variety of activities, specializing in 10 business sectors, They are: "Commerce, industry, health, construction, economy, tourism, investment, law, as well as the technical and professional sectors."

The Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council praised the great positive interaction shown by business entities and partners with Nafes, to provide suitable jobs for citizens in the private sector, stressing that the turnout achieved by citizens on the platform since its launch, to join work in the private sector, and increase opportunities to benefit from programs And initiatives, reflecting the importance of the program as a platform that connects citizens looking for work and private sector companies looking for employees.

The council pledged to take more new steps, in cooperation with Nafes partners, in order to devote the pioneering role of the program in achieving the aspirations of citizens.
