In the lawsuit, Khudaverdyan demands to lift the sanctions imposed by the EU authorities on him in March.
According to him, the grounds given by the EU Council for being included in the sanctions lists “are insufficient and there is no reliable evidence to support them.”
Earlier it became known that Khudaverdyan was leaving the board of directors of Yandex and the post of deputy general director of Yandex NV due to being included in the list of sanctions.
