According to TASS, Lavrov will hold talks with Ugandan Foreign Minister Jeje Odongo, and he will also be received by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Earlier, Sergei Lavrov visited the Congo, he conveyed a message to the President of the Republic, Denis Sassou Nguesso, from the head of the Russian state, Vladimir Putin.
During his visit to Cairo, the minister also met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, as well as with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri.
