According to her, Europe should learn from the mistakes in relations with Russia, which made the region dependent on Russian oil and gas.
“We cannot allow the same to happen with China,” the minister added.
Truss also said that she was not ready for London's direct intervention in the conflict in Ukraine, and opposed the sending of the United Kingdom Navy to the Black Sea.
