Zelensky fires 28 officials of Ukraine's state security service

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he is considering dismissing 28 officials of the State Security Service of various levels, against the background of their "low job performance".

"As for the news about the Ukrainian State Security Service, because the dismissal of 28 officials of the service from different levels and directions for similar reasons is being reviewed, which are the unsatisfactory results in work," Zelensky said in a video posted on his channel via "Telegram".

He thanked "everyone who effectively serves the country and protects Ukrainian interests at all levels."
