The decree was published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
“Dismiss Andriy Yaroslavovich Melnyk from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Federal Republic of Germany,” the document says.
Earlier, Bild wrote that Melnik would return to Kyiv and could take the post of deputy head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
