Among them, the definition of a framework for providing financial and humanitarian assistance to help Ukraine's reconstruction. According to a diplomat, Paris could set up a fund with several hundred million euros for civil projects carried out by French companies in Ukraine.
Additional military supplies
The other part of the agreement is military while kyiv is in difficulty on the front with Russia. The arrangement is not expected to include specific financial commitments regarding arms deliveries, as this would require parliamentary approval.
