The expert said that the United States decided to seriously develop high-precision artillery, including Precision Strike Missile (PrSM), Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missiles and the Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA) artillery system.
“We are talking about high-precision weapons of a very long range, and this confirms our desire to develop such weapons,” the military leader said.
The general acknowledged the low effectiveness of American artillery against Russian drones, and also noted that the United States needs to create armored combat vehicles.
McConville stressed that work is underway in the United States to improve the performance of helicopters and aircraft.
In particular, work is underway on a long-range assault aircraft and a strike and reconnaissance aircraft.
