The Minister of State for Education Affairs, Sarah Al-Amiri, affirmed that there is no privatization of public education, adding: “We must look at the goal of public education, which is to convey an agreed knowledge and vision of education to all students in public education schools, while the goal of private education is to provide several models and curricula. For education for students, and each school provides this according to the requirements of the student and his family or the expectations of the level it aims for its children to be at. Therefore, the two goals between public education and private education are different, and therefore the introduction of the (generational schools) model was not a privatization of public education, but rather aims to provide Other models of education.

She stated that Al-Ajyal Schools will allow registration for national students currently studying in private schools, provided that they are within the geographical scope of the 10 schools that were selected.

She stated that 5,000 students will start their education in Al-Ajial schools next academic year, with the number of students exceeding 14,000 after three years.

Al-Amiri pointed out that the operators of the “generational schools” will work to appoint new teachers for the subjects, while the Foundation has retained teachers for three subjects: Arabic language, Islamic education and social studies, while the educational and administrative staff who were working in those schools have been housed, except for the teachers of the three subjects. , in other schools.
