Former US President Donald Trump has requested secret documents, call logs and handwritten notes from the White House.
It is about a lot of documents from the time around the congressional storm in January, a total of 770 pages.
Trump also wants to block Congress from taking part in the White House official diary, where all his activities, travels and phone calls are recorded.
The lawsuit is likely to involve a lawsuit in court.
